The Lexington-Fayette County Health Department provides the majority of its clinical services at its Public Health Clinic at 650 Newtown Pike.
Services provided at the Public Health Clinic include STD/HIV testing and counseling, TB skin tests, WIC services, Nutrition, Diabetes Education, rabies post-exposure testing and immunizations for children who qualify. Services are provided by appointments.
WIC services are also available at 2433 Regency Road.
Hours vary based on services. Services may require payment based on insurance and/or income guidelines.

Change in services: Effective May 20, 2014, we are able to provide childhood vaccinations (must live in Fayette County, be 18 years or younger and be uninsured or underinsured). Limited appointments are available daily Monday-Friday, and appointments can be made up to a week in advance by calling the Public Health Clinic at (859) 288-2483.
Our Public Health Clinic at 650 Newtown Pike is no longer able to see patients for the following programs: adult immunizations/physicals and breast/cervical cancer.
