New Healthy Living Classes
The Health Department is now offering FREE community education classes to help people with weight loss, diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Most classes are held at the Health Department Annex, 805 Newtown Circle . Seating is limited and registration is required . Reserve your spot for these free classes by calling 288-2423.
Healthy Families Class for Parents
This free class is for parents of 2 – 14 year-olds and covers lifestyle changes for healthy childhood weight. Suggestions include easy meal planning and physicial activity.
